Fire Safety Consultancy specialises in providing Fire Design Reports for new and existing buildings throughout New Zealand.

Fire Design Reports are required by Building Consent Authorities (Councils) when applying for a Building Consent relating to new construction, alterations, change of use, change to a building’s compliance schedule and subdivision to any commercial and multi residential buildings.

Fire Safety Consultancy works with Clients, Architects, Designers, Engineers and other stakeholders to ensure that the client’s building meet the requirements of the New Zealand Building Code in relation to Fire Protection.
